1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship nationwide. At checkout, you’ll see all available delivery options for your location.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Standard shipping usually takes 3–6 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
3. How much does shipping cost?
Flat shipping fee: Rs. 150
We also offer free shipping on orders over 3000.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package in real time.
5. Do you accept returns?
Absolutely. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. Please visit our Returns & Refund Policy page for details.
6. What if my item is damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 2 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement right away.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
1. We accept COD (cash on delivery).
2. We accept all major credit/debit cards via secure payment options shown at checkout.
8. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes or cancel, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
If the order has not been shipped out yet, we will cancel your order.
If it has already been shipped, we may not be able to adjust it.
9. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, in cases where you exchange for a different size or color of the same product. Please reach out to our support team to arrange an exchange for size, color.
